Terms and Conditions of Sale:

 

Once a quote has been accepted, a 50% non-refundable deposit is payable. 

 

Reminder of monies are to be paid on completion and before delivery within the UK.

 

All prices quoted do not include postage and packing.

At present I only post within the UK.

Free of charge home delivery is available if you live within 25 miles of Chudleigh. If not, your mosaic will be sent via the Post Office.  Wrapped and protected against normal wear and tear.  

 

For any reason you do not like your mosaic, you will have 14 days to return it to me, in its original packaging and at your own cost.  Before sending back the mosaic, please notify me by email, pam@pamosaic.co.uk , explaining why you are returning it.  A refund will be issued, once the mosaic has been received and checked.

Pamosaic will not (other than for the purposes stated below) disclose, sell, or otherwise make available any of your details to any other third party, unauthorised person or organisation.

How We Use and Retain Your Information:

The personal information you provide us will be held and used in accordance with the General Data Protection Act and only used to contact you in relation to enquiries and orders that are placed with us.  This information will be deleted once orders have been completed unless you agreed to us keeping your contact details.

Prevention of Fraud or Other Crime:

Pamosaic will if requested pass information on to the appropriate authorities in connection with the prevention or detection of fraud or other crime.
