Fishes …
About 20 years ago our son made a fish in his Art class at school.
He bought it home and because it was so cherished, we stuck a hook on the back and hung it up in the bathroom. That is where it has been on show ever since.
While he was at home recently he mentioned that his favourite coaster out of the four that I had recently made, was the one with the fish.
Then I had an idea, I started to think – fish, mosaic, plants, mosaic, other fish, mosaic.
I sketched a picture and then took his fish and placed it on the wood.
It looked ok, so I decided to incorporate it into a mosaic.
The mosaic is finished and the fish is back in the bathroom, just in a slightly different form! But still cherished.
